Travelling on a flight operated by Norra?

Norra operates flights on behalf of Finnair. If your inquiry concerns tickets, reservations, baggage, or any other issue related to your travel on a Norra-operated flight, we kindly ask you to contact Finnair Customer Service directly. This ensures that you receive the fastest and most accurate assistance from the appropriate team.

For the Media

Norra’s business concept is to provide regional air transport services for other airlines. Currently, we operate 24 aircraft on behalf of Finnair and additionally provide de-icing and crew transportation services to several airlines operating from Helsinki Airport.

As a general rule, our partner airlines handle communications related to their own flights. If your inquiry concerns a Finnair flight operated by Norra, we recommend that you primarily contact Finnair Communications. Finnair’s communications team is responsible for, among other things, customer and disruption communications.

Similarly, if your inquiry concerns a flight operated by another airline for which Norra provides ground services, we recommend contacting that airline directly. You can find contact details on the airline’s official website.

If your matter concerns the operations of Helsinki Airport or any other Finnish airport, Finavia’s communications team will be happy to assist you.

Our Communications team is here to support you in all matters related to Norra. We are happy to answer any questions concerning Norra’s business operations. As experts in regional aviation, we can provide insights into operating ATR 72 and Embraer 190 aircraft in northern conditions. We also have expertise in areas such as aircraft de-icing.
